Should just say that this is Cheltneham bets

My antepost bets are still there from July onwards ?

So are mine from October and November.

All mine from before November have void on them and the returns have gone. The returns have been missing for best part of three months. A lot of people are the same. They won’t acknowledge that there is an issue when it’s blatantly obvious that there is. This today has just made it a whole lot worse.

I was on hold on live chat for 20 minutes before the system threw me out, so obviously others have been trying to get answers.

I only have a few but yes all gone they were their yesterday but all gone today

I did have a chat with a guy complaining that the return was incorrect on a bet regarding Cheltenham a couple of months ago as it’s worth a good few quid but potential return was incorrect. I was concerned because it was a Yankee with 2 winners with a loser but one leg left was worth plenty, basically he looked at it and agreed the return was wrong but any problems get in touch. I have a picture of the bet but also have a trixie bet that I don’t have a picture of that has one winner with one to run at good odds, plus some singles all gone

Checked through my bet history and no bets showing unsettled which means they have been wiped...can’t be fecked tonight but will see if it updates tomorrow, no doubt some clever tea boy but it is concerning tbh

Saxon out of interest is that correct on multiples from October and November? Or just some singles? In this time frame? And are you’re bets from December onwards valid? And showing?

My bet is in this time frame but if they void the Cheltenham Yankee which only has one horse in it from Cheltenham would this just become a trixie? Feck knows nonsense

Ah I’ve got them back

So went to my bets on the I pad no bets showing...

then went to the balance at the top and clicked on my bets there and all bets returned and the bet I struck in October is valid with the correct return showing now

I have just checked my account after reading this post and all of my ante-post bets have disappeared as well ?? Not just Cheltenham but GN bets as well !! approx 8-10 bets all missing..as Harry says can everyone also check their WH accounts ??

Ah bets are showing but void now on Cheltenham but no returns, must be a technical glitch

Just found them after briefly losing them but their site is a right dog’s breakfast.
They are no longer where they used to be!

Finally!, all 95 Cheltenham bets have been properly restored. Last night I had only one bet showing.

I spread my bets over multiple sites, to ensure better odds and taking advantage of special bets. PP have being doing great NRNB specials including Shishkin (Arkle Chase), Honeysuckle (Mares Hurdle) & Paisley Park (Stayers Hurdle) All To Win 30/1

Haha yeah Harry, the really frustrating thing was that a lot of the request a bets had big price boosts on them, and obviously it was impossible to work out returns. Heard people saying that some bets are missing after the reboot, but cos I have so many I will have to just hope everything is correct.
