Nicholl's missing the point

Paul N's Clan Des Obeaux will not run again at Cheltenham as it prefers right handed courses.....Eh Paul - You horse was going well at half way, jumping brilliantly....though maybe taking chances by standing off a good distance at each fence.....BUT in the second half of the race started putting in an extra stride at each fence, shortening up and losing momentum.
Was that the horse, or did the jockey want to stop taking chances so curtailed the extravagant leaps ? - That's a large part of why it was beaten....not necessarily going right handed !
