Giddy, you can message them......

1. Click “About Us” on the very top left hand corner of the screen.

2. That should open a page “About Betfair”. On the left hand side of the screen, there should be a number of options, select “Contact Us”

3. That takes you to another screen, on there select “Contact Us”

4. On the next page select “help with something else”

5. That should bring up 4 options

Phone us
Message Us
Facebook Message
Twitter

6. I use the “Message Us” function, and they’re fairly good at getting them added.

There will no doubt be an easier way, but this should do the trick.

Try online chat.

Betfair help customer services on twitter are very good, I just send a private message to them and they've always got the horse added within a day, I've added 3 or 4 in the supreme, JLT and AB and counting already.

Also you can phone them,gets the job done.
