By:
cheers guys - festival and more paid for
By:
Might be able to win a couple more stayers, he's a strong stayer with bags of relative pace.
By:
Nice one dragon had a bit on myself very well done

'The Dragon', very well done! I backed it on the AB win early prior to knowing he'd been injured; laid off quite a bit after still winning on the day.
By:
nice one 123 was always a class horse one to watch going forwarsd
By:
Well done. I like seeing them go in when someone has taken a bit stick for having the balls to post an opinion.
By:
yup me too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL
By:
Keep doing it,...horse racing is a sport of opinions. Anything else is bunkum.
By:
there can't have been many horses that win festival races with consecutive runs
By:
dunno but Penhill is n't one of 'em! He got beat by Gigginstown's worst horse at Punchestown last April following his Albert Bartlett win!
![]() For what it's worth I would have been with the naysayers on this thread - there's no shame in that, we all get it wrong sometimes! Well done The Dragon and other winners though - he's got some engine, Francesca was on about the Melbourne Cup - I'd be tempted to have a speculative shot at the Ascot Gold Cup but I know that won't happen... |

sore shin problem
comes and goes |
By:
well done dragon !

By:
thanks foyels
By:
Nice work, Dragon. I wonder if you get any posts from the "experts" who were trying to tell you it couldn't win?

By:
Mullins said a flat campaign was unlikely given his injury niggles - though he is hardly one to trust and the Melbourne Cup may be too tempting for connections as the prize money is different gravy.

By:
great shout dragon with penhill, cant keep a good man down. do you think penhill could be a serious dual purpose horse? still lightly raced and only a 7 year old. plenty more to come from him hopefully. well done again

I'd fancy Supasundae to reverse on good ground, who just ran out of stamina. Maybe we'll get that at Punchestown.
By:
probably right wc we shall no doubt see

By:
one that impressed me yesterday at newbury was jps champ in the 20f handicap ,on the up and has potential for lots of improvment looked the winner a fair way out and never in danger well thought of and with jps uknowhatimeanharry getting on in years could they aim champ at the world hurdle ? could be on thier minds as he will be clobbered by the handicapper after yesterdays romp ,no prices in the markets on here yet ,pulled away on the run in and a step up to 3m could suit, will be very interested in this one if it goes the stayers route
By:
after more research seems i have been barking up the wrong tree ,champ is still a novice and hendo said he may go challow hurdle next ............now lets have a look at those chelters novices prices !
