I suspect they wanted to chase others away, so were holding on to the news for as long as possible. Beveur reverting to hurdles was pretty much pouring water on any possibility of hendo & co being suckered by pinnochio and the banker.

The Vautour market manipulation here for the Ryanair was replicated with Faugheen in the Champion Hurdle recently and today ie odds lengthening, then shortening, then lengthening despite big lay amounts offered. If this is not an "inside job" I do not know what is.
I'd demand an enquiry into this market abuse by the perpetrators....they cannot be allowed to profit from a non-event happening.
