County Hurdle - BOITE
Expect him to be put away for the Festival and better ground. Won very convincingly at Wetherby penultimate, and ges exceptionally well fresh. 3m H'Cap Chase (whatever it's called this year) - A GOOD SKIN Ran exceptionally well for a long way on ground that had gone against him at Cheltenham on New Years Day. The marginally shorter trip, better ground and possibly more headgear (wore cheekpieces for the first time, but blinkers may help)coupled with a drop of a couple of a pounds for this far-from-shabby effort, makes him an interesting player. |

A Good Skin was second in the Kim Muir last year off a 4lb higher mark. There will be no Cause Of Causes blotting the handicap this year so couldn't they be going for the same race again?

County hurdle or coral cup though maelduin that's the question which needs answering because if he dots up at the weekend I doubt he will be much of a price at all......... personally staying that well on the flat I think the coral cup will be right up his street

County Hurdle would be my choice barnesey. Guaranteed fast pace over 2m would be right up his street.
Let's hope they don't mess around Sunday week as he'll need to win/place to get a runnable mark for Cheltenham. Although i dread to think what mark Phil Smith will give him if he wins it. ![]() |
