Not a single piece of form in the last two years that would suggest he has a chance of featuring in this race. Unless the breathing op helps bring his form a stone higher than he showed even in that race two years ago he won't see which way they've gone. Having said that, the race does throw up the odd big priced place horse and RSA winners have as good a record in this race as anyone. The Romford Pele however could be a force in the Coral Cup if they go off at a pace.

Sausalito Sunrise is now rated 163, so if you took the form of OFB's 15 length literally, that'd make him Gold Cup class, and Curtis was in awful form for each of his two PUs. I actually think he's still got a lot of ability, but he seems to have developed a soft underbelly imo, only turning up if things go his way, as they did at Newbury.

I reckon there's a pretty good chance he'll end up with another P in his form, but 66/1 each way seems pretty good value for a horse that still imo possesses a fair bit of ability in the hope that he takes to the task.

actually that's being kind - they've pretty much been out of form all winter but OFB, Irish Cavalier, Racing Pulse and (perhaps to a lesser extent) Aurora D'Estruval are all potentially of interest if there is an improvement.

I threw a small speculative bet at him before his last run at 33s as thought after his win he could be on the come back.
Good job it was nrnb as I'm now rather hoping he gets pulled out!

Mystical Knight won well there and 20/1 winner yesterday for Ms. Curtis - big difference there was that MK finished off his race really well which a lot of her horses have n't been doing.
OFB would want cut in the ground but Racing Pulse in the novice handicap chase is interesting, won in a race at Chepstow where the form has been franked all over the place, the ground would n't have been to his liking and stable was out of form. Also holds Kim Muir entry.
