Just ordered my tickets for what should be a cracking night. Went last year when it was at the ****ole that is Elland Road, fortunately my tenner won't be going towards their coffers this year as it's at the Town Hall.
Massive Coup in getting Rich Ricci on the panel. Question is, will he be donning the Ray-Bans or not ?? :) Added to that, top totty Alex Hammond is there for the eye candy and Mark Howard and Don Maclean are two pundits well worth listening to. Can't see Jason Maguire being on any winners, lets hope he has better luck in getting to the Festival than last year.
Anyone else going ?

Probably not this year. To be fair last year they tipped just about every favourite which was very insightful and Alex Hammond was terrible and even tipped a horse that had already been declared a non runner. The overall presentation and evening wasn't bad if I'm putting my nice head on.
It's actually the identical line up to last year with the addition of Rich Ricci and by 4th March you would hope he and Willie would know where his are running.
Mark tipped up Tiger Roll I recall and DM was a little more than obvious, but yes, the others were just stating the obvious.
Good night overall for the build up more than being 'ITK'. Mind you, some cheeky sod nicked my mates Pie and Peas when his back was turned. I thought that kind of thing only happened at the other end of the M62....

Last year they gave a free £5 bet with the sponsors if you hand your username in on entry and also some exclusive price boosts were available on the night. And you get some scram thrown in.
All in all for a tenner its a really good value night as long as you don't expect to come home with all 27 winners :).
