Racing Pubs - Midlands

This year I will be heading to the festival and also going along to Uttoxetter, Saturday for the Midlands National - Something I've been wanting to do for years.

Won't be going every day to the festival, maybe just a couple. So ideally would like to find a decent racing pub/hotel to watch on the days we don't go. Somewhere with a decent atmosphere and wifi a must!!

The plan would be to base ourselves near to Uttoxetter or the surrounding area, but we have no real inclination other than somewhere with a few pubs/restaurants etc. The pub to watch the racing would be a big factor in our decision on where to base ourselves for the week.

So, I was wondering if any of you could recommend somewhere down that neck of the woods? Much appreciated.
