i'm guessing R E will be going for the Imperial Cup, Chelt bonus - when will there be any prices for the Imp cup ??, will bookies lay a price for the double ??

According to trainer, will run in Imperial cup but he doubts if the horse will get into festival handicaps of current rating (130)
but would n't he get a 5lb penalty if he won Imperial Cup?
135 would have been high enough to get in both the Pipe race and the County Hurdle for every renewal in the last five years.
Still a bit of a long shot though - there will be other less high profile, less obvious contenders who are either thinking along similar lines or targeting the Imperial Cup exclusively.
Be interesting to see what the entries hold tomorrow.
