Golantilla being aimed at the Bumper?

Powers have quoted Golantilla at 12/1 for the Champion Bumper. One time favourite for last year's race, he'd be an interesting contender if lining up again. 3rd last season. As far as I can tell, he's eligible for the race. Anyone know the story? Is this the likely plan for the horse?

Eligible - yes he is

Is it the plan - defo wasnt before xmas(was meant to be out by the new year over hurdles) but wasnt so fck knows at this stage

There's and article in tomorrow's RP where he his tipped in a 100/1 'forgotten horses' double.

Doesn't sound like they know that he's going the bumper route. They just say he could as he's eligible, and why blow his novice hurdle status
