I think he'll be back. I can't see a horse of his calibre just throwing up that sort of performance so suddenly, and it being labelled as form. He put in big performances in every race last season. In gd/sft he might just be the one they have to beat in the King George. He's psychologically unfashionable to the punters, but he does it time over.

I don't know about highly suspect, as he clearly had issues. The concern for me was the comment by 'gutfeeling' on the headline being removed. 11/1 is the price at the chances though. If we take their word that it was a bad scope, then it's fair fractions.

I'm only saying that comments like 'retire him' and 'over the top' etc that came out after Wetherby are premature
there is no reason for them to lie about the dirty scope so I take that on trust, therefore I dismiss the Wetherby run and wait for more information before drawing a conclusion |
