Boston Bob isn't a bad shout; if he winged the last and powered up the hill what price would he be for the Gold Cup?

JR - my assessment of Cue Card's jumping looks even worse now as foolishly, I watched the CH4 highlights programme, which saw the runners at the very start, then edited out the first seven fences (which I didn't notice) and the caption at the top read 10 fences to jump!
So fence one was in fact 10 from home...I fcuked up! Blush

If anyone else has saved the CH4 show, they'll realise exactly why I was duped though I still feel like a gobshíte! Laugh

only one stand out bet

Zarkander 14's for world hurdle, being telling everyone all year he was running in wrong race, he is a carbon copy of Inglis Drever.
Even though trained by a farmer he was cleverer than mr nichols, having won 2 mile trail races in lead up to cheltenham inglis drever went the stayers hurdles route.
surely if big buckers doesnt return zar will have mopped up all stayers races next season

delighted to have Zar @ 14s for WH now, bottled it a little today and took 7/2 without new one. Use your head Paul and map out a campaign over long distances next year.

Monksfield - I've been saying Zarkandar is made for 3m for over a year now but Nicholls has always had Big Bucks for the WH, they said before Chel that BB won't be seen before the WH but was being aimed at the race, it's therefore questionable whether Zarkandar will be allowed to take his chance at (what I believe to be) his optimum distance.
Not saying it's right but you could find yourself being done by a trainer 'prefering' a stablemate to win the race....
