Stupidly didn't organise tickets and going down on Friday - just wondered what to expect regarding tout prices for Tatts if anyone has been there before

also, my mate is driving and everyone I have spoken to has said its an absolute nightmare getting in and out - have only been on coaches before (with bog) and didn't really give a monkeys about queues etc cos I was settled in with ales etc, wondered if it made more sense to park at a station a few stops away and train in to avoid queues

any advice gratefully received

i know friday is a sell out but got tickets for tuesday at face off touts. You could still buy tickets from course for 45. Buy from touts closest to the entrance and not before! Regrards parking etc just grin and bear it and park on course. Dont complicate things

If you are prepared to be a bit patient, just hand around near some touts. They will tell any buyers that tickets are like gold dust and probably try to charge double face value. If anyone wants to sell spare tickets they will tell them they've got millions and they are worth about a tenner. At his point, offer the seller face value and you'll have a deal.

I drive every year on the Tuesday & we park at The Prince of Wales Stadium on Tommy Taylors Lane, cost a fiver this year and is about 10 mins walk from the course, wasn't very busy at all on Tuesday & we got there around 12.00

If you watch the last near the exits you can be in your car and heading home before the rush from the official car parks has started .

You don't say where you are coming from but this way is good for M5 access and the only the delay we had was waiting at a Level crossing for a train to go through.

Hope this helps
