So much for the promotion saying all Cheltenham races today would be commission free, I have been charged 5.01%!!!

Champion hurdle is commission free - you will get your commission refunded later in respect of the other races at Cheltenham today.
It says all races today at Cheltenham will be commission free.
So why not indicate that it will be a refund somewhere prominent? e.g in their very uncluttered ad in racing post
