Sorry bud but the op was totally full of sh1t with his 60-70% chance of disruption or cancellation. He was trying to cause a stir when there was utterly no risk at all to the festival.

Deserves a fair whack of abuse imo.

Anyway,need to concentrate on the horses,no time for arguing about this,and theirs enough weather threads to keep us informed anyway.
