Thanks for that, ashleigh.
I love Sprinter Sacre ![]() |

pray this is true.

It's never a great race is it? We'll be lucky to have 3 runners if this is true. I'm not a fan of public schooling sessions on 6 race cards.

wtf is sprinter sacre?

Sorry, I was snotty there
- but it will kill it as a race. |
By:
Interesting, very close to the Tingle Creek
By:
not enough horses run at HQ prior to the festival good move.
By:
Guess they feel he needs a run before the TC,think 3 weeks will be ok-it wont be a hard race i imagine.
Cant wait for Sandown,i shall be there with my camera. SS,SE,Sanctuaire and hopefully a few others, real potential for a good photo or 2. Pleas let them all turn up!!!! |
By:
Hope they do all turn up Budd. Sounds like they know SS will have to be spot on if he is to win. Will be a school at Chelt I would imagine, as which trainer is going to risk a massive hike in the weights for their horse if it gets close to SS. Opposition will prob be 100-120 rated horses going for 2nd place pot.

By:
be good to see the Sprinter win by 74 lengths - i love seen a good one destroy the opposition makes you appreciate how good they are.
By:
Really? It's even better if they're given a race

stop being silly Howdi
By:
im not makes u realise what your watching
By:
generally too fresh on his first run, hed be better on second run when they can keep hold of his enthusiasm
By:
I rarely go on the Sunday but I will if he runs.
By:
Yep would imagine he's running to take away a bit of his freshness. Can see him being very keen to get on with things! #BLACKAEROPLANE #MONSTER
By:
FF, that's another problem imo - it will add 5000 to the gate for a no contest.
Howdi - all it tells you is one horse was massively superior to the others, which you knew anyway. It says nothing about how good that horse is in absolute terms since the margin of victory means nothing in those races. Only competetive races between top horses really tell you what you're watching (which is why the very top rated horses almost always have a very highly rated rival they ran against). |

By:
Strontium thanks for that never crossed my mind in 20 years of watching the game

Looking back on the Supreme Novice Hurdle of 2011. Amazing that Sprinter Sacre didn't win this as things have since transpired.
By:
He was weak in March 2011 H, which is why NJH didn't want to run. Even last season, he looked quite narrow from behind.
By:
Bit like my Mrs FF ^^^^^
By:
Must confess I wish mine was a bit narrower!!
By:
on course for sunday, only 6 entered and race re opened.

If he runs - also in Paddy Power, but can see them taking in this race.
