Solwhit - had totally forgotten about him until I saw him mentioned on another thread. 20 months or so let's hope he makes it back to the track. If The Fly is campaigned differently as suggested by connections, there's a chance that he might still win a decent prize.

And pretty much any Novice Chaser who ran in the RSA/Arkle/jewson - with the honourable exception of Finians Rainbow - can be forgotten.

Punjabi is definitely a bit of a forgotten horse imo. Could be the Arkle winner, you never know Scared

I don't think he's got any chance btw, but nice to see a former champion hurdle winner back in training.

Also do any of the Irish know anything about Aupcharlie? Always thought of him as a chaser, could we see him in the Jewson this year?

I'd say cotton mill, has so much pace, was going just as well as Simonsig in the Neptune. Think he could be the dark horse of the CH market.

Sam Winner took a pearler of a fall at Exeter on Haldon Gold Cup Day. I was standing quite nearby and thought it might have killed him. It can't be a surprise if that kncoked his confidence.
