I was mightily impressed with the horses performance at Cheltenham but will it stay hurdling and go for the stayers or novice chasing.
Its available at 16.0(small stakes)and if the plan was to go the stayers route would be happy to invest at 16.0 with a bet to lay after xmas as this horse who has bags of potential should win its first 1 or 2 soft races pre x-mas,Im not much for ante-post but would appreciate other better informed forumites views.
going chasing which surprised me a bit because he's not the biggest - think Lucinda Russell did point out he's very athletic though and I'm sure they know what's best for him.
Might be worth waiting until he's due to run in a novice chase and see if price for World Hurdle expands before jumping in - would n't be beyond the realms of possibility that he does n't take to fences and they end up back over hurdles, happened with Restless Harry this term.

I'm more than prepared for this to come back and bite me but I remember when I saw him in the parade ring at Cheltenham my first thought was that he didn't have the size and scope I expected, he looked like a hurdler to me and I wouldn't be at all shocked if he disappointed over fences.

I don't think the word fragility is the word you would use in this case pal...especially considering it was run into by an oil tanker....
