This year they are the worst culprit and are even worse than previous years. Even a £75 ew bet is referred and offered back at £75 win and £25 place. Jokers.

Ronnie m8 that's true but it's only on win only singles and only when they have had a chance to adjust their overnight prices. It's all welcome but a shame that they are being so tight for the 3 months building up to the fez.

The £10k pledge is correct, I've seen the advertising. In fairness to the cashiers they are embarrassed to have to report back the trading decisions. What makes me laugh is that their £10k pledge forms the backbone of their return to traditional values drive, under the banner "Never a Quarrel with Koral" :)

mp returns - i quoted that 'never a quarrel with koral' this morning when i asked for 100 on a 10/1 shot.

what did they offer you - £25?

I wanted 200 ew on a 7-1 shot and got offered a 100 win and 50 place. So I told the cashier I would just do £50 ew, this was refused and £50 win, £25 place offered. I gave up. This was on a festival race in a London shop where I wasn't known. Traders are a bunch of chimps.

would like to see them lay 10k at any other meeting if they were so bold. will only take a 10k liability because they know they will be able to lay it off on here..

In terms of standing me a bet I would rank them as:

1. Laddies
2. Hills
3. Baldies
4. Koral
5. P Power
