Cos, Demps, either the beast ain't sound, as the trainer has hinted - or he ain't as good as they thought, in which case he ain't a shoe in. If he was able to run the way that they think he is capable of running, he'd be Arkle bound. The 3/1 only reflected McCains bullishness, that's no longer the case. And that's a lot of ain'ts!!!

I think you miss the point des - whilst there was the 'indecision' 'someone' was backing him on here and no doubt with the books to win a sum > the Arkle prize money
I am more interested in what they do than what they say. Maybe they will put up a match market for PC V CC closer to the time. I will give you 5/4 no problem |
