just trying to see what will be top weight  (do you know what ballabriggs plans are)remember barry saying that he thinks quantitativeeasing needs a step up in trip after his last race but dont fancy him if off top weight

Needed every yard of the trip to win the Spinal Research Gold Cup but I couldn't fancy him giving weight all round in this. Not sure of Ballabriggs plans. The Package is well handicapped if he's retained his ability; 2lb lower than when he finished 2nd in 2010 - goes well fresh & has course and distance form.

Would surely have a better chance in the Plate. Agree with dwm in that he doesn't want three miles. Connections must be disappointed that they didn't enter him in the Ryanair, although it is a very tough race this year so I don't think I'd fancy him in it anyway.

I agree the trip in the Byrne Group Plate would suit more, however he'll have to give chunks of weight away in that! Not sure he looks a genuine weight carrying type! Shame because I like the horse but he looks tricky enough to place...
