Not yet Roobuck, I want to see the final declarations first with quite a few who may run elsewhere or not at all. It looks the most competetive race of the week to me at this stage with almost 20 good horses of similar ability engaged.

That said, if you forced me to pick one today at current prices I'd say Albertas Run.

I recall NJH and BJG both expressing doubts about the trip for RT before the Arkle, fwiw. Not sure there is enough evidence to suggest he is best on flat tracks but do except it is a possibilty.

My negative for him would be just having one run this season. I'd be a little worried he'd run flat next time tbh, only 3 week gap and although the Ryanaine is a relatively new race, im not sure a horse has won it with just one run that season before?
