Well lads back to work on tuesday for me :( as its a bank holiday here on monday :)
Anyway we gave it a go and glad i did the each way element as that retun cleared most of my crazy accumulators! Had a decent Cheltenham but was close to a five thousnad return with a £10 accumulator running onto Sizing Europe and that summed up my Cheltenham oh what might have been. Sort of glad its over now as i feel exhausted and heading out with the kids this morning to get back to normal family life lol. Anyway well done UT some great prices there to at the end of it and maybe next year we will get the big one. OK so I owe you a few quid (will round it up to £50) what's the best way to get this to you? Let me know - perhaps paypal or cheque or bank transfer from my online accout? I could give you my email and we could communicate details that way. Let me know. All being well we will all make it back in good health for next year and take the bookies to the cleaners then - see you all next March. |

Bigal - I know what you mean about the multiple bets. I did loads of lucky 15s, 31s etc this year and on Friday morning I went through my slips and concluded that if one of Baby Mix, Ut De Sivola, Long Run or My Flora were to win then I would bump up my winnings by £5-10k. Two winners was much more and three was ridiculous! The fact that Baby Mix, Long Run and My Flora all looked like winning at one point in their respective races made it all the more upsetting! At least they weren't all in straight accas though and I got some money back, and what with the placed horses in different bets as well I actually made a profit overall.
I appreciate your kind offer to send me some money but I don't think this would be fair as you made the offer to give 10% if someone got you 4 winners (before you decided to go ew). Treat the family to a takeaway instead mate! Cheers Orsoncart. I see from your other thread that you managed to get some well deserved luck after your Son of Flicka nightmare. I actually thought of you celebrating straight after Salsify beat mine into second, and I only really wanted Chapoturgeon placed anyway so I couldn't be happier for you (although if My Flora had been second it would have been a different story)! Will hopefully see you both next Cheltenham. |

Undertaker appreciate that - next year we will hopefully get the four winners and i will make sure I double the stake on your selections. Maybe see you around the forums now and again but failing that see you next year :)

Ok so we are back again with a thread aimed at busting the bookies. Last year we came close to putting a nail in their coffin with undertakers inspired picks!
So lets post up your accumulators aimed at taking 100k of the bookies for £10 e/w. I will put the bets on up until the day before racing starts and will be giving anybody who is successful 10% of my winnings. Please give name of horse and race you want to back it in. Bring it on!!!!!!!!!! |
