It was the Grand Prix de St.Cloud - W/D Zil...for a bonus point who did he hold off in a photo?

14 - Bold Rex VWD Penzance...I thought that was really tough and I can only remember it because I backed it in the November H'cap at 25/1
Scudamore's winner was the other one I thought was really difficult to remember...let's hope I can beat you lot!

diminuendo was unbeaten as a 2yo then was beaten on her 3yo debut by dabaaweya

i know the horse who was 2nd ahead of miesque but only because i just looked it up and to be honest i would never have got it in a month o sundays,never even heard o the horse

yeah hugh thats the one. as for the 74 race. i was born in that year so thats a good reason not to remember it
I'm surprised about the Wayward lad jockey...if I remember right it was just a throw of the dice to change the scenery for the horse, and it came off!

heres a question for you. in the 1984 cheltenham festival badsworth boy won the QM chase at 8/13 but what horse won at shorter odds at that years festival

Denman was second FOUR times and won TWICE so it's not him! 
not denman. there would be some who could argue the answer could have been every bit as good as denman tho

A travesty that he was never a Champion Chaser, but without doubt better than MOST winners!
