This is a first time topic post for me but for the last three years I have looked forward to reading everyones thoughts and comments. For me Cheltenham is an event that I live and breathe and I always find getting amongst the winners in the first race, whether it be backing the winner or laying sets me up for the whole meeting, the first time I went was when a horse called Mossy Moore but now I find it to crowded and far to commercial but nevertheless the atmosphere is brilliant. At this stage I have backed several horses for the Supreme, Vulcanite, Cinders and Ashes, Simonsig and Darlan of which if you held a gun to my head I would go with Simsonig, but it may go elsewhere. As for the Neptune I have backed Mark your Card and would like to back Boston Bob but I am not sure if he will go for the race. As for the Albert Bartlett I like Mount Benbuben and I took 20's as I think a number of the rated horses will be pulled out. For my nap e/w I will go for Vulcanite as I like the trainer very much, he gave Tetlami a run for his money after crashing through several hurdles and at 33/1 represents real value. I would love to hear peoples comments thoughts and ideas especially in the Supreme, Neptune and Albert Bartlett and thanks for the pleasure I have had in reading all of your comments, keep them up.

This years Supreme is still nice and open. One thing that i'll be doing is opposing any short priced favourites in any on the Novice events at Cheltenham. Think Bob's worth was the only favourite last year and think only been 3-4 in last 4 years. Paddy Power make a mint on taking on the favourite for the Supreme. always worth watching for them to make some money back if the favourite wins type of offer.

Vulcanite is a seriously good horse and at this stage along with Montbazon would be the horse i'd want to keep on my side for the supreme

I like Sea Of Thunder for the Albert Bartlett, ran a brilliant race over course and distance last time where he was going clear easily before falling at the last. I believe it was on good to soft ground which is likely to be the same in March. I've taken 12s which looks value, Fingal Bay almost certainly going for the Neptune and Simonsig possibly the Supreme.

Fingal Bay in the Neptune isn't very original but he has been very impressive so far, pitched into a Grade 2 for his hurdling debut and he's now won 3 G2s and a G1. Berbatos has won since and Simonsig highly rated and Hobbs has said publicly that this one is potentially the best he's ever trained. He won't be 5s on the day that's for sure!

As for the Supreme i really have no idea at the moment, maybe Prospect Wells could be the value at 25s having had a breathing operation recently but Nicholls hasn't committed him yet
