Couple of questions

1) What race? GC or WH

2) What happens if he actually decides to put it all in for a change??

Backed him in both at massive odds, always chuck a couple of bob at him when hes a big price.

GC I expect. Could place - talented horse, good at the track, stays really well (gets up the hill strongly) and the end is always the best part of his race. His problem is that he often gets so far behind early in his races so he has no chance to use his finish.

Nicholls might have found some improvement though (if only mental and/or tactical). I was impressed with how he battled under a big weight on New Years Day. Jockey is very important for him imo, but Ryan Mahon seemed to get something out of him that day.

I'll do a Mythical prince up Cleve Hill!

Gave up backing him long agao, but always watch with interest. I think he's become a horse without a race, certainly at the Festival anyway. Dont think he'd get 4m and cant have him anywhere near the front 3 in a GC.

Completely agree and also backed him, but just for the Gold Cup.  Think he runs next week at Chelt in Cotswold Chase. We will see if PFN has found the key.  Price far too big if near top form.

I suppose he could get him working with BB and give the oweners a clue if he might be able to sneak a place in the WH. I'd say he would fare better in that race than the GC as there isnt much in it outside of the top 2.

I know hes a rogue but i have a real soft spot for him, makes me laugh to be honest.

I had him at something like 570 on here for the WH 2 years ago,and was convinced that was his thing and that he did not like fences that much.
He then won the cleeve and i was right excited, and then he did'nt bother to try in the WH!!
Personally think he would perform better over hurdles if hes in the mood of that cleeve run,and if he were mine i think thats what i would do.
More than likely though is whatever they do he will just do what he feels like doing anywayLaugh

CCM - the trouble with that is BB is lazy at home. PFN has said that he can gallop BB against Kauto/Masterminded at home and he'll beat them by a head, but he'll gallop BB against the worst horse in the yard and BB will beat him by a head.
