The last race seems an off day with the form through Il Fenomeno and Dylan Ross along with what Mullins all said, Ruby taking a pull etc etc.  Zaidpour is a different animal at a shorter price, SLC has the same breeding of two winners from last year, with Boston Bob Neptune bound in fear of Mount Benbulben Wink  Worth a punt.

Mount Benbulben going to Albert Bartlett according to trainer, Sint know what you saying re Soux Les Cieux also same American owner who has always thought world of this horse, next time out in will tell the tale.
As stated before if he gets bit of cover, with better pace think we can forget blip last time.
On at big prices also Mono Man and Cash and Go as back ups, chance hopefully of at least one making it to post, as race this year looks wide open. Time for bed now after 12 hr nightshift, good luck with any punting this w-end.

I definitely think he's alot better than he showed last time, but still cant see him winning a Supreme myself.

For me if the Royal Bond hasn't left its mark for the season, this horse will be better served by the Neptune...he still has to prove he can go on better ground but walsh who also thinks the horse wants a trip, thought he would go on better ground but all his form so far has been run on soft going...the deloitte will tell us whether he will go to Cheltenham and what race he should contest...he now has something to prove after looking a machine on his first 2 hurdle races...Mullins thought after doing a blinding piece of work before the future champs race that it may have affected him...time will tell but I would say if he disappointed again in the deloitte then they may give Chelt a miss I would if he were mine...lets hope he can prove his worth again in the deloitte.

Any chance Midnight Game is now 2nd fiddle to Trifolium in the owners eyes...

Step forward Sous Les Cieux.  Big race needed next weekend, and Ruby, do better, because with Nichols having jack s* in the supreme he's your No.1

yeah I on too but only dipped my big toe coz I am wary of him pulling hard if they go a crawl (and they often do)

Yes Harry was very impressed with win over Galileos, hopefully something will go on at decent pace as stated before.
Think he could be very good, find out Sunday mate.

Plenty of Mullins' disappointed today. I cant see him keeping the run of form going all year.... could he be about to hit a bit of a flat spot?

bit unfair catch me - when you look at the horses beaten today pal...raptor doesn't look like he has gone on after his fall...gagewell having first run back after a layoff and inadequate trip, and the mare still has to prove herself over fences and would want better ground...lets judge him on some better types i'd say...

I reckon todays lot would be very close to the bottom of WM's barrel.

Yeah fair comments. Probably not the best bunch to judge stable form on

Think he may want a couple to run below form in a race on Sunday? lol

Still OK with him, made up alot of ground after the turn having just made a mistake at the 2nd last.  Has chances.

Money for Sous Les Cieux for Supreme last few days, hoping its his target but who knows maybe at 5 day stage maybe.
By:

When: 03 Mar 12 08:14
money dried up for sous le cieux in supreme - maybe the neptune judging by the betting
By:

When: 03 Mar 12 08:38
Yes Harry was getting bit excited for moment as on large prices for Supreme, who knows though with Mr Mullins.
Thought Supreme may have been easier to go close off end to end gallop, and more open than Neptune.
Anyway not long to go now cant wait to get down there. Wish you best of with any bets had.

yes and yourself pal has been a good thread...well looking at the races I would say the neptune is weaker in regards depth...but like you say who knows with mullins...to be honest I really fancy one strong in the albert so as soon as I am certain he is going the neptune route we will be getting out the artillery...be lucky any strong fancies steve?

In Paul Jones guide the owner is quoted as not wanting to take on Galileos Choice on good ground (Good to Soft??)
Mullins interviews seem to suggest Supreme runner every time, although he was disappointed with the LTO, recognised that he went quicker than anything else trying to catch Benefficient.

If Boston Bob went to the AB (unlikely, I also think Mount Benbulben will reverse the form) then its possible to go to the Neptune.

The lower odds in the Neptune may suggest that there is less in depth.

I've got Sous Les Cieux at 33EW before the royal bond and followed up with 25EW before the deloitte for the supreme and still fancy the horse as having the best form of the entries, he's lined up in every trend race going..

Who's Ruby riding in the supreme?
By:
harry callaghan
When: 03 Mar 12 09:16
Interesting - I don't think he is quick enough over his hurdles to be a supreme horse myself and when ridden with restraint last time he proved to me he wants further...listen fair enough you want a run for your money but I would be surprised if he went the supreme route but like you say ruby hasn't got a ride unless, if by chance dermot weld put him up on galileos choice who is amateur ridden at present...who knows its very difficult with mullins.
By:
stevo1
When: 03 Mar 12 09:16
No-one yet as Davy Russell will presume ride Midnight Game. Also Mullins may run 2 or maybe 3, Ruby on one of them.
Hopefully Sous.

Have backed Boston Bob for Neptune 8s and win any race think was 9/2 with Billies about month ago form boosted in week, looks strongest Irish novice form.
Mount Benbulben in Bartlett at 16s could be nice position?
By:
Meadow
When: 03 Mar 12 09:28
I have same for Mount Benbulben :-) missed out on the skybet 16.1 Simonsigg for the neptune due to all the supreme chat shenanigans, learned a lesson there.

Maybe Alllure of Illusion is progressing nicely and Ricky Ricci fancies a runner in each race rather than them take each other on?
By:
Speculation
When: 03 Mar 12 11:01
Hope you're right CCM, I really fancy both of them! Sous Les Cieux in the Neptune is the classiest imo with three Grade 1 runs already.

And I'll be digging out my Imagination album if Illusion goes well in the opener!
By:
Meadow
When: 03 Mar 12 11:12
Maybe CCM, although Mullins mentioned Terminal not Allure Of Illusion in the recent RP interview as a possible along with Sous Les Cieux and Midnight Game.

i think he will go to the neptune and win the neptune.

Looking like Neptune if markets correct with Boston Bob going Bartlett route, luckily have backed both in win any race market with Hills. personally think Boston Bob would win either race.
By:
The Scobster
When: 06 Mar 12 18:05
Yes...markets suggesting it's Neptune bound....would have a BIG chance in my book...Mullins obviously thinks so. Boston Bob a huge chance in the Albert Bartlett too
By:
harry callaghan
When: 06 Mar 12 21:28
well had to happen imo...sous les cieux has a good chance in neptune and bostons is a certainty in albert bartlett...so the right decision by mullins here for me.

steve sorry for you looking ay your bets...chin up

When: 07 Mar 12 00:24
No probs Harry on Boston Bob win any race 9/2,also backed for both so will lose little bit on one as layed back. Sous was on too big after 1st run in Ireland, looked very good poor field though and followed since not lost the faith.  Supreme single, had crossed doubles with him and The Fly long time back, so still looks ok.
Best of luck for next week.

Any updates where going with forecast as in not much rain forecast may go in Supreme now? As will be running on potentially softish ground of week, as will get faster as week progresses? Unless forecast is wrong.
