The older Big Bucks gets the longer he will take to respond to pressure when a horse moves upsides in the final stages of a race.
Don't get me wrong, he won nicely at Cheltenham, but he had time to respond to the challenge of Grand Crus.
I think if the challenge of Grand Crus, or any other horse for that matter, is left as late as possbible, they may get to the line before he can 'dig in' to his stamina.
