They've cleaned up...we'll get the PR chat of it was a scoring draw, but can't believe that!

Time For Rupert being beaten was their best result for decades!

Master Minded was heavily backed as well

indeed awful day for us punters champion chase the 2 favs beaten 10/1 winner i mean we need a miracle.

The ground has rendered previous season form pointless .. well done Claisse if any year the punters wanted gd/soft it is this, no gd ground form this season .. tw@t.

why would they, no big price winners, horses get backed at 8/1, 10/1, 12/1, 14/1 16/1. So today Sizing Europe 10/1 in the big un,
Chigaco Grey 5/1 fav, First Lieutenant 7/1, Carlo Brigante, 16/1, What A Charm, 9/1 and Cheltenian 14/1, will all have been backed and at Cheltenham the bookies need some 25/1 and above winners, so they clean up. If you are a bookmaker that will stand a big bet, then yes you would of made money, but the Fredd Bloggs small layer will have layed some winners today and it takes quite a few 10/20/50 quid bets on the favs for every 5 people that backed say even a 9/1 winner.

I feel some of our high street enemies who were falling over themselves to lay us Cue Card, Time For Rupert, Master Minded and Big Zeb at top price will have cleaned up!

I doubt on course bookmakers had a great day, but the nationals are rubbing their hands together!

Think the on course bookies would have done well as lots follow the money and favourites. Off course not so sure paddy power were offering refund on all bets if cue card won yesterday so the irish were on ruby, today mm and time for rupert were lays but people followed the favourite. None of the winners were big priced outsiders so think it is stil punters up but not as much. Lot of horses for the irish came and ruby and there are more of them at home with the money than in cheltenham. Tomorrow poquelin and bugs bucks are lays for the day. 4-20 wins for UK tomorrow with pipe and henderson the UK trainers taking the honours

not a bad day if you like to like to lay the favourite like me, did ok, left chigago grey alone, only lay small, but i made a few quid
