I have stayed in Novotel, Jury's and Hyatt all good, Hyatt great but can be pricey try laterooms.com.... there is Premier Inn as well and several others mate.

Travelodge on Broad St, also Etap 10 min walk away (cheap but clean), Nite nite  between the two, small cabin type rooms and very modern. These are your best bets if on a budget. If there's 2 of you the Etap rooms have a double and a sort of bunk bed above it.
