hopefully cleeve then world hurdle for some reason the real zaynar aint turned up yet this season hopefully the horse who was 3rd in the champion hurdle last season can get back his form if he does he,ll make BB go some
Report eric_morris January 23, 2011 4:48 AM GMT
Is not a top class stayer regardless of what they are trying to make him.
Report abbott January 23, 2011 10:54 AM GMT
agree with eric, i would drop him back to 2m. His 3rd in the Champion Hurdle last season wasnt to bad for a 2nd season..
Report buddeliea January 23, 2011 10:57 AM GMT
not a 3miler,never thought he would be,just looks now, to me, to be a below top class horse at 2-2m4
Report buddeliea January 23, 2011 11:21 AM GMT
and a fair way below, judging by his runs this season.
Report Alvarado January 23, 2011 1:40 PM GMT
hes at least 2st better than hes shown so far this season u can tell that with karabak beating him twice when zaynar on natural ability is diffrent gear to him
Report flyingbolt January 23, 2011 2:54 PM GMT
He's looked to me on his last 3 runs as though he's not in love with the game any more.
Report marvinho January 23, 2011 5:20 PM GMT
headgear on as a four year old speaks volumes imo, never been in love with the game!
Report flyingbolt January 23, 2011 6:07 PM GMT
He loved it all right when he won the TriumphLove
Report Zaynar January 23, 2011 6:29 PM GMT
Had a breathing operation
Report Alvarado January 23, 2011 6:55 PM GMT
where did u hear this
Report Zaynar January 23, 2011 9:30 PM GMT
It is 100% fact. He started back into work last week after box rest.
Report abbott January 23, 2011 9:40 PM GMT
any view on where he will be going then?
Report crab patties January 23, 2011 9:43 PM GMT
world hurdle sureley??
Report Zaynar January 23, 2011 9:44 PM GMT
Not sure but I would imagine it'll take 3-4 weeks before he is close to a run so could be straight to cheltenham with him in what race I wouldn't be sure. Personally looks to me like he isn't going to stay 3m and he has hardly run badly over 2m so I would look for a 2m race somewhere.
Report crab patties January 23, 2011 9:46 PM GMT
why not back in the champion if the op works?
Report abbott January 23, 2011 9:49 PM GMT
Thats what I would do but I have a feeling that Kicky is determind to run him in the world hurdle.
Report Zaynar January 23, 2011 9:50 PM GMT
Can't see how he turns the form around from last year unless he was under par after that kelso slog
Report abbott January 23, 2011 9:52 PM GMT
I was a backer of zaynar untill they decided to run him at Kelso for me that finished him for the season. It may have actually done some lasting damage either way if hes back to his best he doesnt have much to find with bino on last year.
For what its worth if Oscar Whisky is done for speed at Foss Las Oscar may go to the World hurdle and Zaynar may go 2m
Report crab patties January 23, 2011 9:53 PM GMT
i think they went to the well too much with him if he was mine to the champion fresh he has a place in him
Report Zaynar January 23, 2011 10:13 PM GMT
Can't see it myself ultra competitive this year with a lot of speed horses think he would get murdered. Suspect mr henderson may be thinking 2m 4f at aintree
Report Alvarado January 23, 2011 11:34 PM GMT
no cleeve hurdle then this sat shame as that would of told them were to go at the festival
Report josef k January 24, 2011 1:17 PM GMT
tbf he only ever looked half interested even when he was at the top of his game. He is probably one of those horses who is 'too clever'.
Report abbott January 24, 2011 1:49 PM GMT
Ive got one of those feckers
