Really fancy Chicago Grey for this one, think it will be right up his street. Any views?

Looking at the form of Alfa Beat I'd say it'll be right up his street too.

Chicago grey does have the form in the book to win it, but I'd be worried about his jumping in a big field and going a fast gallop.

slow enough gallop in this 4miler I should think. Has agreat chance, and trainer has stated this is his likely target, solid bet at this stage.

have so far read somewhere (a while ago) that chicago grey, alfa beat and synchronised could target this race. i fancy picture this and will be backing it til the day :)

Synchronised isnt a novice

Agree alfa beat has the right profile. However, if you read Byrne's comments on sportinglife site about 10 days ago, he states this race is probably too soon for alfa beat, and he's aiming him for a spring campaign / irish national. - Although with this trainer i guess you never know!
