Quel Esprit will be running in the new 2m 4f novice chase the race fits him like a glove distance wise and he is having his speed honed for that on Sunday. Mullins only chance of getting Mikael D'Haguenet into a Festival chase is the RSA to prevent him going from hero to zero in a very short time after such a long wait. He will have a leading chance in that based on his run first time out when cruising over Jessie's Dream. Finally Flat Out is ready made bursting with raw speed for the Arkle and Sunday will show what his chances are in that.
All in all Mullins has 3 obvious races for his 3novices now to be aimed at without them clashing. Lets hope Mikael D'Haguenet can come good in the Moriarty to get him on course for the RSA. |

I assume that you do not keep an eye on declarations.
Quel Esprit is not running on Sunday. |
By:
I can confirm Quel Esprit had had a setback. He is out until later on in the season, if not next season. Sorry guys. Inside info.
By:
Havent had a chance today. That confirms the race targets then
Flat Out - The Arkle Mikael D'Haguenet - The RSA Quel Esprit - The Jewson Chase |
By:
Eric Morris, you are nearly right but Quel Esprit is injured.

By:
How good is your source Mayweather?
By:
Mayweather, you're a mug and whatever respect you had on here has just gone. You're better off just keeping your crap comments to yourself!
By:
ChildofMine2 - shut your mouth you muppet! You are a head case with no friends. Now go to bed you muppet!
By:
CV,say what you like mate, but i stand by what i said, even if it did come across as childish to you.
I do take your point about the difference in prices, its a fair one. |
By:
Just keep your lies for somewhere else, nobody likes you on here and you clearly don't know anything about horses and are just full of crap. The forum can do without the likes of you!
By:
Mayweather
If you are making that up regarding QE,then thats not good, not good at all. |
By:
Use the BETA feature, it appears Mayweather has logged off and Eric Morris has logged on. Coincidence ?
BTW did none of you just catch Mullins' interview on GetON? Think he said all is well with QE and will be heading for the Moriarty. |

By:
Disgraceful!!
Betfair, get rid of him,we cannot have people blatantly lying about a horses welfare on a betting forum. |
By:
LOL the forum clown sintonian gets it wrong AGAIN. What I do like about Mayweather is he brings pompous clueless nobs like you down to earth with a bump. For goodness sake keep the block on me there this time clown.
By:
I wasnt referring to Quel Esprit which I know nothing about re injury.
By:
90% of this thread is blocked to me.
Anyway I think you'll find it's irish horses that we irish fancy. Mullins just has lots of good ones. I've ben big on pandorama and joncol for a long time. I've never backed cooldine out cousin vinny for example Some may be mullins followers, as there are nicholls followers. But don't mix up irish people backing irish horses as they're the ones we go to see. |

calm down hes not said quel esprits been shot jesus christ Yes he has you gimp, he's said that the horse has had a setback and is likely to be out for the remainder of the season. And by the way, its fairly obvious that Mayweather is eric_morris or that they're friends! |
By:

By:
LOL ... Mayweather and I are not connected in any way. The bright sparks on here now wouldnt light up a teacup.

this is awful stuff lads. why so much abuse to each other??? lets just talk racing and have debates without being so personal there are some very abusive, clueless attention seekers on here. we know who they are so lets just all ignore them, and get back to racing. |

There's a lot of nationalistic b0ll0cks talked from both sides of the Irish Sea to be fair.
Can't stand it - it's not 'Cheltenham' as far as I'm concerned. |

By:
What i dont understand is that yesterday Mullins said both Flat Out and Quel Esprit would run and even named jockeys.
Next day Quel not entered. Poor show imo. |
By:
Nationalistic? My point was simply I live in ireland, I go to racecourses in ireland and back irish horses at those courses. So I'm going to know about those horses and back some of them for cheltenham. The trainer doesn't matter. I back plenty of non irish trained horses too. But I don't get to see them as much.
Nothing nationalistic in it. I'd see more of english horses if I lived in london for example. |
By:
I see gayweather has his 2nd account working over time.
Fk all wrong with QE, was unlikely to run in the Irish Arkle anyway ffs. Complete guesser and a completely retarded moron. |
By:
Thanks willie for keeping punters informed - Quel Espirit now out of the Arkle why the feck enter him in the first place/
By:

childofmine dont call me a gimp again ill eat ure children u runt Well stop talking sh1te then and start talkin some sense! |
By:
Down - Dont know if Quel Esprit was unlikely to run in Irish Arkle as Willie did say yesterday that he was a confirmed runner along with Flat Out
![]() |
By:
Was on Get on this morning, said there was nothing wrong with QE and was gonna wait for the Moriarty.
By:
Anyone backing Quel Esprit for the Irish Arkle was a bit daft to be fair. He was outpaced over 2m4f before, he is a stayer, he was entered because the weather has claimed plenty of races already.
By:
^^^ we werent backing just wanted to see him run.
By:

Think thats a bit generous to be honest! |
By:
I agree with what you're saying Down and wouldn't ever have him over 2m1f but if I did back him on what Willie said, I wouldn't be one bit happy.
By:
Quel Esprit won easy over 2m 3.5f more pocket talking from CVByrne the clueless pocket talking pocket talker.
By:
Can someone give me a copy of Willies comments because he only talked about Flat Out from what I read.
By:
Matt Chapman asked him why he was missing from the Arkle race, and if all was OK, and Willie just said Yes, and he's likely to wait for Moriarty. That's it.He then went onto to speak about Flat Out.
Interview should be on ATR website |
By:
Im only paraphrasing but he definateley said something like-both horses run Sunday Emmitt Mullins rides Flat Out and Paul Townend rides Quel Esprit.
