Derbyshire Racing have had good support from this forum in the past and several have been involved with us since we started with great little horse called Choristar in 2005.
We now have aqcuired a new horse for the syndicate, the 3 year old gelding Vanilla Rum and we have some shares still available in him if anyone would like to get involved. Like all our horses he is trained in South Derbyshire by dual purpose trainer John Mackie .
He is 73 rated on the flat and 75 on the AW at trips up to 7f to date but we expect him to have no problems staying a mile and he has a very good level of ability. He has won 1 race to date and been placed 5 times from just 10 starts and has good form with the likes of Dever Dream and Deacon Blues amoungst other decent sorts. He is by the Darley sire Reset out of a mare by Cadeaux Genereaux from a very good family that goes back to Lemon Souffle.
Full details of how to get involved are on the Derbyshire Racing website at
htttp://www.derbyshireracing.co.uk
and shares of 2.5%, 5% and 10% are available.
For further information just get in touch via the website or email info@derbyshireracing.co.uk
Apologies - I know its not a Chetenham topic but I am looking for genuine likeminded racing people to get involved in our horses and hopefully a few who use the forum might like to get involved with us.
Thanks
Dave
