Can anyone explain what these accumulated points are for? They can be converted to cash from the casino, however, given the T&C's on bonuses and the recent negative feedback on that, would it be wise to convert comp points to cash only to discover that you are tied in somehow? I cannot find any information on this anywhere.

You would 101 quid for the comp points available for conversion (100 points = 1 of whatever currency you're using). But if you've converted them before it will show the available comp points for conversion. The accumulated number is irrelevant.
