I analyzed a system everyday for 8 hours over a month, painstaking. When in play very strange things happened. I would wait until the right moment to bet in system, average every half hour. After a day or so  i went to bet at the moment i should a pop up would appear saying problems with site or some strange things that didn't make much sense. The first time i thought what are the chances then it happened 3 more times at exactly the moment my system came into play. Straight away the system is messed up. It was far too suspect to be happening every time i was going to play and never happened once when analyzing. I have heard similar stories from those using complex and winning systems from my tests.

I am convinced they have somebody to monitor you and if they suspect you are onto something then they will just do what they did to me. If you are playing willy nilly they won't bother you as you will lose in long run. As far as tampering with wheel i don't think they need to but of course they can do this very easily and indeed only need to do it once and a while to catch somebody out on a large bet.

As far as regulations forget about that. They are casinos and they all make a profit and the regulation people will too. There can never be any concrete proof from an online player and they know it. I didn't lose anything except a lot of time studying a system i will never be allowed to play. It's been a month now since i tried and i will give it a go again soon to see if these strange technical problems arise. The world of gambling is more corrupt than we could ever imagine.

Casinos are best avoided, Five of us got involved on 0 big style as i was winning on it and i regaurly back it, however after we upped the stakes it was uncanny that the ball dropped from the computers wheel nearly everytime after 0 had passed. It was driving us nuts!! It made me think about how they can easily shaft you if they know your betting patterns.
