The woman at BT sports didnt have a clue, she said pay the 25 quid and it hopefully will come on a "platform" of your choice but she couldnt guarantee it- fck that

Those online streams are a total waste of time and effort, tried to watch AJ on one a few weeks back and almost slung the laptop across the room

Yeah same here I'm not risking paying for something we might not get or it buffers Crazy

It does say you can watch on PC on their website

But its the buffering that puts me off now

In the first wilder / fury fight I had a grand on wilder- when fury was knocked down in the last round I managed to cash out of it with it being too close to call, an utter fluke. I managed to watch the whole of the joshua fight on a free stream with no buffering- reddit I think but its a lottery

Yeah if push comes to shove I'll load up a stream on the rubbish laptop, which is constantly doing the blue screen restart as its defo on its last legs Laugh

The worst is when you find a free stream, you watch all the undercard till 4 am settling in for the main event and then it goes off
By:
SontaranStratagem
When: 09 Oct 21 22:29
Yeah its like their waiting for the main event and then its "ahhhh no watch now"

It's no good right now for this fight (I'm guessing it's too late now) but get a fire stick, download Tiger Streams find a server £25 a year all the ppvs any channel, every sport, every single thing you can think of from all around the world (I haven't a clue before you ask how you do it I'm clueless my mate sets it up)

Nobody gives a toss about Joe Public customer it's the hosts they care about.

yep that's right geesyerdosh, it comes to something though in 2021 where in order to watch a fight, people have to get an illegal firestick - presumably amazon? I miss the old days of top fights on main stream tv stations. Vaccines, masks, BLM marches, serial killer football club owners with rainbow coloured corner flags, fckin hell sometimes think it'd be best to be 6 foot under Grin

And to think we use to moan when it was say Sky that had all the main stuff, at least it was just an easy thing to sub to them

Nowadays there's prime, amazon, BT, Sky, etc etc etc

Its ridiculous, and the money passing hands is astronomical but somehow we can't sort out a little fuel crisis... pull the other cheek springs to mind Plain

They really should have had this when the British could have gone over to support Fury

Can remember the Hatton fights abroad, he took 1000s with him

If they had any brains they would have the fight on the east coast so itd be around 1 am for European viewers but they have to keep the casinos running etc so its always on the west coast / around vegas etc. I will google the result tomorrow, Im not staying up till 6 am which is when it will finish

I think Wilder is more motivated to win, never seen Wilder so focused for a fight, not willing to waste energy this week overly engaging, trying to keep his mind clear, technically we all know Fury pisses all over him but the extra 7 lbs Wilder's put on (his heaviest) could be the difference between a knock out this time and Lazarus rising from the canvas as Fury did in the first match, on the flip side it could mean Wilder gassing the longer it goes which says he he really will go for it from the bell. Malik Scott said he wont be throwing in the towel regardless, will be surprised if this goes past 8 rounds. No British crowd to draw energy from either for Fury, Wilder used to echo filled arenas

Laying Fury at 1.42 for the value.

I think Wilder is making this do or die, its last chance saloon and he's in that mindset in my opinion

He wins he gets to fight Usyk or Joshua for the biggest fight of the past 25 years, although its same for Fury in that regard

The stadium sounds empty, no one in America seems interested in this fight at all

Boxing is finished in America it seems

The fight is 3 hours away though.

Only hardcore fans gonna sit through the undercard rather than go to the bars.

Caceres looks like he had a broken eye socket, but fought to the end.

Aye fair enough that tober

A broken eye socket, what does that do, does it hurt and is your sight gone?
By:
tobermory
When: 10 Oct 21 02:36
I reckon it hurts yeah!

He will recover, but a bad injury for a boxer.

I'm completely blind in my left eye so was intrigued to know if they suffer any vision loss

Takes a while to get use to monocular vision, I don't think I've ever really got used to it to be fair, sometimes get frustrated not having the other eye

hurts like crazy Sont. some boxers end up having to retire permanently because of damage to their eye sockets
By:

Not allowed in the boxing ring now with my vision Laugh

I really do miss having a spar as well truth be told, but can't risk the other eye and naturally I'd be trying to protect that side anyway so it'd be dangerous

Aye it sounds nasty

Mine was a dart which left a nasty infection, it was the infection that blinded me not the dart, if I'd have been sensible and gone to the hospital right away I'd have been fine they said, cleaned it out with antibiotics and eye drops and 90% of the vision would have been the result, but I'm scared of hospitals and refused to go until I nearly died

4 operations it took and 6 weeks of severe conjunctitis after leaving the hospital Sad

Moral of the story is don't fook around and play with your eyes Plain
