Looking at tomorrow’s decs and I see that Jubiloso, out of Kind, Frankel’s Dam, is engaged.
Flicking through the RP database, I was interested to see that Frankel had a full brother, Proconsul, 0/2, with an RPR of 76 and total earnings of £919. Now retired to stud! I suppose we should all be wary of those untraced two or three year olds that are “bred in the purple”.

Jubiloso is not out of Kind, but out of Joyeuse, an Oasis Dream half-sister to Frankel. Proconsul, standing at Mickley Stud will not be getting the sort of mares such that anyone will regard them as blue-bloods or bred in the purple. He may well sire plenty of winners though and be worth his fee.
Funnily enough, there is a full sister Joyeuse, and hence half brother to Frankel called Morpheus, who has sired a few winners (best OR 95).
Interesting that for 2 years they sent Kind to Oasis Dream-IIRC most of her other coverings are by Galileo......(well you would wouldn't you!)
