Buying an equestrian property (to be used as collateral in the future)
Increase the number of HIT from 15 to 20
Upgraded coverings (Frankel, Oasis Dream, Gleneagles, Churchill to be used amongst others)
£200k set aside to buy two NH prospects (dual purpose)
Two more fillies to be bought to race on the flat (pedigrees to allow them to be broodmares) in addition to Shining Sea (Sea the Stars filly)
Aiming to increase quality of bloodstock-wanting 'Saturday' horses over 'fun' horses
Retaining China Tea (dam of Elgin) as a broodmare and add both Roubles and Zest to the broodmare band.
