Yesterday I bought a new book about Coolmore "Coolmore Stud: Ireland's Greatest Sporting Success Story" by Alan Conway, Mercier Press 2016, hardback, €24.99 I have not yet read the book, but might post a review here later.
many a critic started off with "Although I haven't read the book.......................", the equivalent of "I saw Sadler's Wells once".
My money is on a hagiography although some of the minor characters in the story would require lots of individual chapters themselves. We all know who Tony Soprano is but I would enjoy reading about Carmela, Christopher Moltisanti, Junior, Silvio, Paulie, Big Pu ssy, Hesh and Carmine. MCCarthy's Bar in Fethard would make a likely Bada Bing (without the strippers!)

Yes, of course I will read it before writing a review. You are not far wrong in your guesswork. I was trying to think of that big word you used. It might sit on my desk for a while before I open it. It looks like an opportunity missed to write an in depth book on the place.
