Bucko it appears to me that there might be a bit of a back story here. What does long in the tooth mean?
Does she have health or reproduction problems, as there is no problem breeding from a 14 year old per se? One winner is not spectacular but I doubt anyone would say yeah or nay on here without looking at a pedigree or being able to assess her record in light of the chances she has had and the physical picture she paints. |

No reason not to but you need to plan for the future. You run the risk of being stuck with her with less chance/time to benefit from any upturn in her career in a commercial sense. If you are looking to keep any offspring then that is a completely different project.

Thanks Guys, long in the tooth meant "old" PM, her only winner was retired due to injury, and she has 3 that have yet to race, yearling 2 year old and 3 year old,

Why is she not in foal? Have they had her covered and if so when did the attempt fail?
