Just been doing some UK 2yo stats by sire for last season. Amazed at how well Ifraaj did in his first season. Of course all his runners were 2yo's, but he was the SECOND BEST OF ANY SIRE for 2yo wins. He had 35 wins from 24 winners out of 49 runners, better than all except Invincible Spirit.
According to my stats Ifraaj had 38 wins in UK (not including Ireland) Compares very well with the 31 for Dubawi in 2009 and 26 for Oasis Dream in 2007.
Hi sage - my data is UK 2010. My source is www.b2yor.co.uk. I have always assumed that there date is standard UK flat season (turf heavy) only which may account for the difference.
