Pepper has a big following but equally, it offers the opportunity for another HM to get a wave of sympathy if he goes OTT with his persecution. Giving his remit previously, this looks almost assured. Obvious targets might be Ulrika and Chantelle imo.
Or maybe the prods are hoping to get a nice drift happening on Dowling to top up their redundancy money. |
