I'm wanting to place a bet on Jo being evicted from big brother tonight. I'm not sure this would be back or lay?

Was confused about the message under the backing bit that reads "You are backing Jo to win", which made me think I was backing her to stay!.

Yes it is confusing terminology, it just means come first in the eviction market ie be evicted.

I've backed jo to go and dave to stay, i'm just hoping they're not the wrong way around!

Am I trollin? No, i was just confused about the terminology for this type of bet. Why would I troll about something like this anyway? lol
