DS loads of people seem confident its a vote to evict double eviction for some reason, i've not heard anything official but it seems strange as JJ1 and Sam would definetly be evicted

FROM THE BIG BROTHER PRESS OFFICE CHANNEL FOUR TELEVISION Press Release: Friday 13th August, 2010 NO MORE NOMINATIONS AS VOTE TO EVICT PHONE LINES OPEN TONIGHT The end is near and it's now time for the public to decide who they want in the last few weeks of BB11. Unbeknownst to the housemates, nominations are now a thing of the past as tonight, the phone lines will be opened for viewers to vote to evict any housemate that is still left in the house. Apart from one, that is…. On tonight's eviction show housemates will be told of one last trick up Big Brother's sleeve. They will be informed that on August 24th BB11 will come to an abrupt end for them, leaving only one housemate left to compete against some of the best loved and most reviled faces from past series in The Ultimate Big Brother. Housemates will have one minute to decide who they think this person should be. Once chosen, this lucky housemate will be told that they have received a fast track ticket to the BB11 final.
