Why....cos that's the nature of the show until the "final".
Next week we are into the "final". A week Tuesday to be precise.
The lowest voted will be binned before that as usual.

I would have thought all up bar the finalist, vote to evict. Maybe double eviction as there is an extended show next Friday. Then positive vote from Friday until the final on Tuesday.

If its not vote to win (which it isn't) why bother with vote to save just before the final.
They want a big eviction next week - they need one and not another non-entity dominated friday night.
Rachel - Jo - JJ2 consecutive evictions must be a ratings nightmare.

bbsky have now added to their original few words. Final eviction next Friday with one or two going. Then I presume positive voting will start and run for 4 days.http://www.bbspy.co.uk/0813/news/next-weeks-nominations-cancelled#comment-4260
That's game over for John James then if true. A very artificial and unsatisfying way to ensure a "big" eviction after many, many dull ones. Towel-chucking time for us JJ1 backers, I'm afraid.

Aye GB, be amazed if he dodges this one. Sometimes you just have to accept that you've been given a hospital pass. Shame really, I think he's contributed enough to take his chances in the final.

Yes, I surprised to see he'll not be in the final too
Destroyed himself though, as we all thought he might
Fig was spot on about the prods wanting him safe and then turning on him

Vote to evict with all but the saved one up...? Are they mad?
Not happy since I'm big green on Sam and John James
Plenty of drama today though going to be the most interesting day/night of the series so far?

I think Steves set up for the golden ticket tonight, which would make the HS prices on top male look a bit wrong imo
neither is Sam, although hopefully its daveI think Steves set up for the golden ticket tonight, which would make the HS prices on top male look a bit wrong imo
(they are a pretty formidable force unfortunately)
I don't think so any more. I read the appreciation thread during showergate and even they were having second thoughts.

Could be Dave's time to go... with the vote split so many ways Dave's haters may well get enough votes together to get him out. Sam's haters seem a lot more muted now he's established himself in the house, I guess the % tonight will be a good indication of that.
Dave and John James to go I reckon, barring a low Jo eviction % tonight. Think the housemates might go for Corin to get a free pass to the final?

Jj1 will be running the show im sure, he will want the moral high ground and give it steve
steve will say he dont want it but accept it all the same, he wont take the risk of eviction

Dave all smug and self important after the evictions he has survived.
John James, believing he is popular because of the evictions he has survived and from the newbies.
I agree with Jack.Could be a good one if a double. Dave all smug and self important after the evictions he has survived.John James, believing he is popular because of the evictions he has survived and from the newbies.
I think she would, but I don't think she'll get offered.
Surely Steve is the most likely, but maybeAndrew because he's the youngest, Josie because JJ1 will find some reason and bully them, Sam as a peace offering.
They'll all be aware of the cameras and of having to come up with a reason, but their gameplaying mode (except Sam) may stop them arguing too much about it and therefore JJ1 may hold sway.

I can understand them losing one big character. Probably John James. But it seems like madness to me to do a double and risk losing Sam and Josie with him.

NO MORE NOMINATIONS AS VOTE TO EVICT PHONE LINES OPEN TONIGHT
The end is near and it's now time for the public to decide who they want in the last few weeks of BB11. Unbeknownst to the housemates, nominations are now a thing of the past as tonight, the phone lines will be opened for viewers to vote to evict any housemate that is still left in the house. Apart from one, that is….
On tonight's eviction show housemates will be told of one last trick up Big Brother's sleeve. They will be informed that on August 24th BB11 will come to an abrupt end for them, leaving only one housemate left to compete against some of the best loved and most reviled faces from past series in The Ultimate Big Brother.
Housemates will have one minute to decide who they think this person should be. Once chosen, this lucky housemate will be told that they have received a fast track ticket to the BB11 final.
Phone lines will open at the end of tonight's second show on Channel 4. Terms and conditions can be found on the Big Brother website www.channel4.com/bigbrother

If they phrase it like that "Who do you want to compete against the all stars" then there's a possibility that Josie wins it.
But I've got this awful feeling that Mario is going to get it

the previous housemates that are coming back from other serious of BB! can they actually win on the market?
No don't worry. George really shouldn't make such jokes.
