At what stage do Betfair normally add AO to complete the runners ? - if there is such a thing as 'normally' with BB markets?

Last few times I've requested it myself but they
often say "no" if there's more than two or three
weeks to go. When I've timed it right though they
add it almost immediately on the request.
This year, in celebration of possibly the last
bettable Big Brother, I reckon everyone should
write and ask for "Any Other" to be called
"Tiddles"

Surely no one else is going in now. Has anyone requested for ANY OTHER to be added?
Wait until after Friday's eviction - I doubt BF will add one before then.
