The problem is Steve is the sort of profile that people on forums hate (boring housemate who has an "unfair" advantage from the outset) and he was hated there long before the Keeley stuff, but does it transfer to the wider public? - particularly when there's bigger characters in the eviction mix.
I honestly don't know.
He'll get 16-20% of the vote at least - could go up to 35-40% at a push - although would require a neutral edit to reach the latter.
Very easy to edit out of the HL's and very easy to give any of the others a horrendous edit.
I'd be amazed if he got a bad edit as I don't think C4 will want the potential headache that could be caused by the "war hero" being evicted at the first opportunity (especially in a four way vote)

I suspect Steve is Endemols preferred winner but its low down on their priorities and they wont do a great deal to either save him from eviction or push him over the line as a winner.
