I actually like the guy and was an early backer, but he's a 100 shot for me. He does come across as somewhat seedy and predatory He has very kind moments, but not enough
Roddy was everything that he is not, and managed a miserable 5th

Yes I think Mario could very well win this. After a shaky start he comes across as a happy and decent sort, and with a good sense of humour (even if it is mostly of the perv variety).

His relationship with Andrew is definitely a positive for him - he can show compassion and understanding, something he does a lot anyway. He showed it yesterday with the JJ scenes too as he was first to look out for him.
Aside from a small glitch when he b1tched with Ben, he hasn't done anything wrong yet - but he's twice the price of AO Andrew.

I actually think Mario trys to come across a bit like Graham Norton, but where GN is very funny with his sex remarks and innuendo's...Mario sounds more like a sex starved slime monster. my mrs thought he was a freak when he was trying it on with Ben all the time, now its JJ and Andy's turn simultaneously. I think most of the public already think he's a weirdo tbh, i remember BBBM show about Mario after the 1st two weeks a lot thought he was a freak then.

I think if BB had put in a genuine bender from the start and him and Mario got on well we would not have seen this sex pest side of mario and he would of had a great shout of winning.

most likely to win, imo. the seedy moments are not likely to be rememberd in 2 months time
No, I can't see him giving up making seedy comments but people will become used to them. I now find them amusing in their naffness. At least he's got a sense of humour.

None of the above matters for me, it's the lack of coverage. If he got and astounding final week I suppose it could happen. 8s is about right, he'll likely be overshadowed in the final week

Yes Rapey Steve gives me the creeps, every time I see that glass eye roll around his head with pure rapey lust.
Boring and needy pale into insignificance when faced by aMichael Barrymore fan touching your willy every time you go for a glass of water.

No. The last two winners were also overshadowed in their last week.
What matters is that Mario is a fundamentally decent sort. Bit of a bad loser, bit crude, but was cheered by the crowd. Very likely winner.

I'll still keep him as one of my better results, but I think the likelihood of him winning is potentially reducing at the moment. The little coverage they are choosing for him is becoming telling for me.

He's not a Rodrigo, he's got much more of an edge to him, and his negatives - moody loser - are more acceptable than Rodrigo's hissy fits.
Usually smiling, enjoying and enthusiastic about the experience, he wins.

Still not sure he's being given enough from the editors to win Henry - he's still a possible for sure, but a less likely one. They need to get something from him I think in the HLs shows, as this is why he is still way behind on all the polls for favourite.

For me he's just too dull and colourless a character and rather sleazy and a whingebag.
Not a winning combination for me.
I must have missed his cracking jokes too.

tbf he's not completely without a chance. As others have said, the default winner if the bigger characters all ruin their chances. I'd want more than 8.4 on that happening though.

Damn, Mario is the one selection this year that confuses more than the others.
keep backing him then laying, then backing, then laying....haven't always got it the right way round either.

Mario's chance of winning is about the same as the chance of Andrew waking up and discovering his a*se is like the Japan flag after Mario has had his way with him in the night - ie, I think Mario should be a double figure price.
